The quotation form sends nothing to us directly. When you press the button, your own email program opens with the text filled in, and you send the message yourself. The website stores nothing; we receive an email like any other.
That message normally carries your name, company, email address, telephone, the category you are interested in and your description of the job.
Server logs. The server hosting the site records the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. This serves the operation and security of the site.
Cookies and advertising measurement. The site loads the Google Ads tag. Details are on the Cookies page.
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation — steps taken before entering a contract, at your request.
For further correspondence and the commercial relationship — legitimate interest in communicating with customers, and then the contract itself.
For advertising measurement — consent, where consent is required.
For invoicing and record keeping — legal obligation.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for other parties' purposes. We use these services, which in legal terms receive data:

Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries that do not turn into work: up to two years, so we have the history if you come back.
Job records and invoices: for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
Server logs: up to six months.
Advertising measurement data: for Google's own retention periods.
You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and a copy in a readable format. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Send the request to info@albdesign.al. We answer within thirty days.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Tirana. If you are in the European Union, you may complain to the supervisory authority of your own country.
When something substantial changes, the date below changes with it.
