Self-adhesive labels, reel and sheet

The label is the part of the product a customer touches first, and the part the law looks at hardest. We print self-adhesive labels on reels and in sheets, from short artisanal runs to industrial volumes, with the whole cycle in house — from prepress to the final die-cut.

Face materials

Textured and coated papers for wine and spirits, where look and feel carry the price. PP and PE films, clear or white, for water bottles and chilled drinks — where condensation would soften a paper face and break the bond. Technical materials that survive abrasion, temperature and time, for industrial, numbered and warning labels.

The adhesive is chosen for the surface and the conditions: wet glass, low-surface-energy plastics, corrugated board, deep-freeze. A good label on the wrong material is a wasted label.

Finishes

Matt or gloss film lamination, spot UV varnish, gold and silver hot foil, blind embossing. These are not decoration: lamination protects against scuffing and moisture, spot UV directs the eye by lifting only what should be seen, embossing adds a texture the hand recognises before the eye does.

Reel or sheet

Reels feed automatic applicators. Three things decide whether they run: outer diameter, core (normally 40 or 76 mm) and the winding direction of the label on the reel. Get the winding wrong and the applicator cannot take it.

Sheets are for hand application, short runs and jobs the customer separates itself.

What we need to quote

Quantity. Size or shape. Material, if you know it — or simply the product and where the label goes, and we will propose one. Finish. Reel or sheet, and if reel: diameter, core, winding. Whether artwork is ready.

There is no minimum order. We quote for one piece as readily as for a million.
