Flexible packaging
In flexible packaging the film is not a wrapper — it is the container. It holds the product, holds its colour, and decides how long it stays sellable. We print flexible film on reels, ready for automatic filling lines.

Film is not one material. It is a sandwich of layers, and what has to be kept out — oxygen, moisture or light — decides how many layers there are and which ones.
| Structure | Used for | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| PET + PE/EVOH/PE | cured meats, dairy | the EVOH core is the oxygen barrier: it holds the product's colour and extends shelf life |
| CPP + OPP | pasta and dry foods | OPP gives stiffness and the print surface, CPP the sealing layer; good clarity without a high barrier |
| PET + ALU + PE | coffee | the aluminium foil shuts out light, oxygen and moisture completely — the aroma stays in |
| PET + metallised PE | biscuits, chocolate, croissants | barrier against light and moisture, lighter and more economical than foil |
If your product is not on this list, the structure is built for it. The first question is never which film you want, but what has to be kept out and for how long.
Film is supplied on reels with accurate register and eye marks, matched to your filling machine. Web width, reel diameter and core are not details — they come first, because a reel wider than the machine takes is a reel that cannot run.
If you do not have a filling machine yet, say so: it changes how the job is prepared.
We work with materials certified for direct food contact under both European and US standards. For products that are frozen or heated in the pack, the structure is specified separately — not every film survives the freezer.
The product and the pack weight. Whether you have a filling machine and what web width it takes. Core size. Quantity, in metres or kilograms. Whether a barrier or a freezer-grade material is needed. Whether artwork is ready.
There is no minimum order — we quote for one piece as readily as for a million, and you decide whether it works for you.
